"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. "Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The one and only negative is the placement of the AC unit in the room - because of how it is installed it is inefficient."
