"Staff are lovely but the 7th floor is like a dungeon. Rooms are old and not worth money paid. Air ducts are filthy, just about blocked and shower curtain needs to be replaced. Dinner and dining area was great. Piano playing, staff and food was excellent."

"Wonderful location. Walkable to the port along the waterfront in about 20 minutes. Taxis just outside the door and lots of wonderful restaurants in walking distance. Not a patch on other places places we've been to in Italy. Definitely the poor relative. Rubbish every where, graffiti on most buildings, a lot of unsafe areas Will not be returning and do not recimmend
