My recent stay at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham wasn't just a comfortable getaway – it was a reminder of the genuine warmth and care that can make all the difference. While my luggage danced off on an unexpected adventure with the airline, the staff at [Hotel Name] transformed what could have been a stressful time into a testament to exceptional service. Upon my arrival, Angelo and Antonita at the front desk were exceptionally supportive and understanding. They attentively helped me through the complexities of airline procedures and were incredibly helpful in meeting all my requests. Their assistance included providing recommendations for nearby malls where I could find essentials while waiting for my luggage The breakfast crew – Kriss Ann, Ali Medini, and Nikken – brought sunshine to my mornings with their delightful smiles and delicious food. Their friendly chat and attentiveness were exactly what I needed to start my day off right. The rooftop haven, managed by Mahendra and Farrukh, became my escape during this unsettled time. Their welcoming presence and keen service made me feel right at home. It was a space to breathe and simply be. Finally, a big shout-out to the incredible housekeeping team. Respecting my request for minimal cleaning, they still checked in daily to ensure I had everything I needed. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail were truly appreciated. Ramada Hotels excel in service, turning travel hasseks into comfort and care.

The hotel stay was wonderful. I would love to give a shout-out to the cleaner on the 1st floor. His name started with an N. He did an amazing job ensuring my room was cleaned and was always checking in to see if we needed extra water or towels. It was fantastic cannot wait to go again.

The room was spacious and the kitchen was good. The oven door would scrape against the cabinet when we used it. The staff was hit or miss. The kitchen was not stocked with utensils and the ones they did bring was not the standard you would expect for a VIP hotel. We called for a room cleaning before going out for shopping and errands. Came back several hours later and had to call again for them to come clean the room. Overall the hotel was good but I was expecting more from VIP hotel.

Good condition, but should improve cleanliness. We found a medical neadle under the sofa. The chicken and beef burgers were bad quality, but the chicken wrap was good. The TV has a software issue; it restarted 5 times during five hours.

Great service from the staff. The hotel location is great just a short walk to the island lagoon where the restaurants and market store is located.

There was no shuttle as advertised to transport me from airport to the hotel. When I called the hotel to find out where the shuttle was, I was disappointed to be told, "Take a taxi". :( Because of COVID I was quarantined in my room for the entire stay and had all meals delivered to my room. The one time there was hair in my food.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff!
Absolutely beautiful hotel with fantastic staff! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the cleaners to the bar staff to the door staff! The room was beautiful and the location of the hotel was good with a great range of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again :)
