"The property was very nice. Our room was a good size but we were disappointed that there was only a small stool to sit on-not a chair as shown in the photos on-line. Another small complaint is that the pillows were all very soft providing little support. And, although you could request extra towels and paper products, there was no housekeeping service during a stay of 5 nights. We do not need daily service but once midway through would have been preferable. We had questions on more than one occasion and the staff at the front desk, especially Ben, were all very helpful. We opted to have the breakfast buffet included with our room charges. This was a very good decision. The restaurant area was large and comfortable and the selection of food and drinks was extensive and delicious. The serving staff were excellent, as well."

"New hotel close to Ostbahnoff station and the river (opposite the Moxy). A Clean room and quiet except for a little noise from another room for part of one evening. Reception was manned at close to midnight when I arrived without any issues accessing hotel. Didn’t use bar and breakfast so can’t comment on those things. Station is a large station so be aware of the rough sleepers around the station, especially at night. But no issues close to hotel. "

"Very disappointed with our stay. The breakfast was poor, with a very limited selection. On two mornings, the fruit was already spoiled and fermented. If you came a bit later, there was often not enough food left. Sleeping at night was nearly impossible because the room windows faced the railway and tram tracks, making it extremely noisy. The room itself was not properly maintained—there was trash under the bed, the room was not cleaned on any of the days of our stay, the bed linen was not changed, and even basic hygiene supplies, including toilet paper, were not replenished. We also asked if breakfast could be prepared for takeaway on our last day, but the hotel refused without offering any solution. Overall, this hotel does not deserve its 4.5-star rating. The experience was far below expectations, and unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here."
