"We didn’t want to leave this place! 🥰 It is about 20 mins drive from the center of Interlaken, beautiful road going up, a little winding and narrow, but was worth the drive. The place is perfect for 2 couples. We had everything we needed in the chalet. All we need to buy is our wine, beer, and champagne to sit in the balcony and just enjoy the view and the fresh smell of the mountain. "Fantastic view on the lakes and mountains, close to many hikes as well. About 15-20 minutes from Interlaken up in the mountain. Excellent equipment and beautiful terrace. Unfortunately, we tripped a breaker on our last night when my daughter tried to plug her adapter herself, losing electricity...didn't find the right box/breaker to reset ! Hopefully, nothing broke. Sorry for that."

"We are family of 9, got 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms each. Spacious, clean, quiet and the full kitchen was very convenient. The view on the terrace was amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was available for us. One thing, no available guest service after 9 so be mindful not to misplace your key cards. It happened to us, luckily we had another room to spend the night. But otherwise everything was great and we would come back again."

There is a designated parking infront of the property which makes it very easy to unload our stuff. Location is quiet, about 10 minute walk to the tram station. Uber is also available. No receptionist on site but concierge is one phone call away, very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place!"

"A great place to stay in Bern! Nice lounge area with free coffee/tea available 24 hours. Although they give you codes to doors and rooms in advance, there is a host at the hotel most hours. You can have a key card if you prefer this instead of codes. I would have liked the option to buy a drink to enjoy on the Roof Top Terrace. Amazing views from there. Main lamp post attached to the bed in my room was an unusual experience; it does "swing" when you move around in the bed and makes a noise, that woke me up, but I am also not a heavy sleeper. I missed a TV though, at least in the lounge"
