Great location for Gorilla trekking

The staff was very friendly and more attentive than any other hotel I have ever stayed at. The lodge itself is very outdated the price was high but so are all the other ones in the area.

Nice place but overpriced for what you get. There are not many mid-priced places in Musanze. The restaurant is convenient and good-but very expensive. You get nickeled and dimed for every bottle of water and cappuccino.

This property is falsely advertised. The location listed on Expedia is not accurate, and when I arrived, it was nowhere near where it was supposed to be. I was forced to book another hotel last-minute. That alone would have been manageable, but the real issue is that the property provided no way to resolve the situation. They never answered their phone, ignored messages, and even when Expedia tried to reach them directly, there was no response. As a result, I was unable to cancel and lost over $1,300. Travelers should be aware that this listing is misleading and the property is unresponsive.
