"The owner complained that he has not received the payment which I had made to you on April 18, 2018 n he insisted on paying him again. Me n my wife were the only occupant. The room was dingy, linen unclean, no phone, no TV, no chairs to sit, the toilet spray on the wrong side. We were overcharged for drop to airport. It was our worst nightmare. "
