"The area is a brilliant location. I came during the snowy season. The hotel lady was kind enough to get the room warm by turning on the heater before we came. However, the shower water was at best lukewarm during my morning shower the following day. The water didn't heat up really."

"일단 신상 숙소라 전반적으로 시설이 세련되고 깔끔한 느낌이었습니다. 관리가 잘 된 느낌이에요. 무엇보다 모든 직원분들이 친절하고 서비스 마인드가 훌륭하셨습니다. 대단히 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 다만, 투숙객에 비해 체크인 담당 인력이 다소 부족해 대기 시간이 길었다는 아쉬움은 남습니다. 3시에 딱 맞춰 도착했는데 1시간 정도 기다렸네요."
