Sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Check-in unkompliziert über eine Schlüsselbox. Die Wohnung ist vom Platz vollkommen ausreichend für 5 Personen und hübsch hergerichtet. Der sozioökonomische Status im Viertel ist eher niedriger, die Stadt aber in 10 min fußläufig zu erreichen und auch die Anbindung an die Straßenbahn ist sehr gut. Die Betten sind gut und nachts ist es für die zentrale Lage wirklich ruhig.

Angaben nicht korrekt - nicht sauber - Abflüsse defekt

In der Wohnungsbeschreibung waren Ofen und Mikrowelle separat geführt und ein Geschirrspüler angekündigt. Es gibt aber keinen Ofen und auch keinen Geschirrspüler. Es gibt nur eine Mikrowelle, der Herd besteht aus zwei kleinen Platten, es waren nur kleine Töpfe vorhanden. Zwar wurde ein Topf auf Anfrage geliefert der nicht sauber war, ebenso einiges Geschirr im Schrank. Bei Verwendung trat Wasser aus der Spüle in der Küche und im Bad. Beim abspülen stieg dieses Wasser über den Badewannenabfluss in die Badewanne, sodass man auch nicht mehr duschen konnte. Bei Meldung des Problems kam schnell jemand, die aber das Problem nicht nachhaltig lösen konnten... Wohnung ist zwar nett einrichtet, die Sauberkeit lässt aber zu wünschen übrig und offensichtlich funktionieren die sanitären Installationen nicht. -- nicht zu empfehlen!
