About this property

Vacation apartment on the top floor with far-reaching views, balcony and small sauna

  • Cozy house with wood and pellet stove and winter garden. This and the terrace face south. Here you live on one level. Quiet place with about 600 inhabitants, meadows, fields and forest directly adjacent. Hiking and biking trails as well as a slate educational trail on site, and it is only a few minutes by car to the Moselle with vineyard trails and wineries.
    Relax on the terrace or in the winter garden, on cool evenings in front of the pellet stove. Excursions to the Moselle, the Eifel marshes, former slate mining nearby, open-air museum, wellness, swimming pool and sauna in Bad Bertrich, approx. 25 minutes by car. It is not far to Eltz Castle. Day trips to Luxembourg, Trier and Koblenz are recommended.
    Attention, narrow entrance! Unload luggage about 30 m above, transport trolley available in the house. Heating and electricity costs are billed according to consumption. Bed linen and towels can be provided upon request. The Internet has a limited volume, which may May not be sufficient for streaming movies and music. Can be booked again after arrangement.
