"Stayed here for 2 nights and would recommend the place. It is as described in the pictures and was very clean and tidy inside. The host was very responsive to my messages and catered for my late check-in without any issues (I arrived at 11pm). Contact through WhatsApp was efficient and check-out was very straight forward too. I stayed alone, but this would be suitable for 2 people, anymore and you might feel a bit cramped. The view from the balcony is great"

"Le logement est identique au photo, proche du centre-ville. L’Hôte agréable et soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires. Seul bémol, il y a un parking privée pour se garer mais celui-ci est assez serré. En revanche si vous souhaitez aller en Albanie pour des vacances et visiter les coins paradisiaques je vous conseille de prendre un logement au sud de l’Albanie ou plusieurs logements sur les côtes pour vraiment visiter. "The apartment had good views of the city, it was very cozy. The heating system worked amazing for the cold nights. "Exceptional service and a beautiful stay We had a fantastic stay at Mercure Tirana and the service truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, the reception team were exceptional — we were kindly allowed an early check-in, and as I was travelling with my niece, she received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. A big thank you to the reception staff and the manager for their professionalism and warmth. The room was beautifully arranged, tasteful, and very comfortable, and it was cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast was excellent, and a special mention goes to Valbona, whose care and attentiveness made our mornings feel very welcoming. The food was good and well presented. Overall, a very comfortable hotel with outstanding hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it."
