"Stayed here on our honeymoon, it was an excellent experience. The deck right off the lake was incredible! We had breakfast out there every morning. The air conditioning in the room was excellent. Great view of the water, beautiful area, very private, wonderful hot tub, and great host! Very much recommend this stay!"

"We had a fantastic weekend at the house - it was stunning throughout, with every room beautifully done up in interesting art and little touches that gave it real character. There was no shortage of things to do: we had a great time downstairs with all the games, relaxed in the hot tub, went swimming off the dock, and admired the stars at night. The space worked perfectly for our group: plenty of room to gather together, but also quiet spots for downtime. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and we appreciated the extra items (napkins, plastic forks) on hand as backup. The sound system was a great touch throughout, with TVs in so many rooms, and the extra AC unit in the carriage house suite made a big difference keeping everyone comfortable.Jim and Jill were wonderful hosts — kind, responsive, and quick to help.A few small notes: the AC for the living room in the main house wasn't working on arrival, but Jim came by and had it fixed by the 2nd day. The towel rack in the main floor bathroom was sitting on the toilet rather than mounted but Jim got it up. The tech walkthrough ran a bit long — a written guide to review ahead of time would help. And there's no ladder to get back onto the dock, so getting out means hoisting yourself up or swimming to the stone beach - worth it, but pack water shoes, as it can be slippery.Overall, a beautiful home with a lot to offer - we'd happily stay again. It was an absolutely magical space and we already miss it!"

"Our family had a great time. It’s a nice spot on the lake, near the mouth of the Indian River. Amazing sunsets! The shoreline is rocky, but there is a hard sandy bottom a couple feet in. We have a small 18.5 bowrider, there is a mooring buoy near the end of the dock and a canal that borders the property for securing a boat. It was nice to be able to load up the boat for the day and not have to worry about weather at night. There is a fire pit and they provide kayaks. Inside was clean. There were a few portable AC units inside the cabin, which was a nice surprise. The property manager was available by phone and email; he was quick to respond and clear up a minor issue we had. There are two rental units on the property, so be prepared to share the space."
