"Das Mietobjekt entsprach unseren Erwartungen und passte gut für unsere 11er Gruppe. Bad, Küche, Kaminzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind gut renoviert und eingerichtet und bis auf kleine Verbesserungstipps Bestens ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr schlicht. Der Hof und die Spielscheune sind toll. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit."

"Prima geeignet für Urlaub in Familie. Vor allem der große Esstisch in der gut ausgestatteten Küche, wo alle zusammen die gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten genießen können. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Haben unseren Aufenthalt mit den Kindern und Enkelkindern sehr genossen. "

"Lovely spot, only a minute walk from the station. Beatiful view of the snowy town, above a bakery and only 5mins from the shops. Room was lovely and roomey for two friends on a serendipitous 1 night adventure. Great heating and fancy tap which gives you hot water, mineral water, sparkling water and mild sparkling water! Also the check in was really cool and simple. Will definitely stay here again"

"Wir haben uns fürs Wochenende dort getroffen. Ein sehr schönes und gemütliches Haus für 7 Personen. Ausstattung mega! Küche und Bad sehr modern. Zimmer simpel, aber gemütlich. Nur die Parkmöglichkeit ist mit der engen Straße eine kleine Herrausforderung, trotz eigener Parkplätze. Man bekommt es aber hin. Ist für uns kein Hinderniss und wir kommen gerne wieder.Wir "

"Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The couple was so friendly and the checkin process was flexible. The apartment was beautiful and the ambiance even more so. They kindly gave us bread, honey, butter, and a few other things free of charge in the morning. We were free to walk around the property. Parking was available. Washing machine was in the bathroom and functioning. Setting was just stunning. Would most certainly come again! Thank you to the hosts!"

"Checking in was easy and the staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. The property itself seemed run down. Stairwells were a bit dirty and doors that said “always keep closed” were always open. Also the side entry door we used was never locked, so not sure if that’s a safety issue. Our room was also VERY hot inside. We didn’t know why, the heat was not on. We had to open our room door and the window to get airflow. It was so uncomfortably hot inside (no AC). "

"Hotel Herzog Georg is a real gem hidden in rural Germany. The size of room is larger than a standard European room and we were very happy to have 2 large size doubles for my wife and 15 yr old son. Breakfast was massive European style and quality was superb. Lots of walking opportunities around town with site seeing and hiking just a short drive away. A couple notes, not much English spoken here, or in town at all. People were extremely gracious and we didnt have any issues, but just be aware. Also there are limited hours for the reception and if you think you will even be close to showing up after 7pm local time, reach out and coordinate how to get room access. We did not do this (our fault) and struggled to get ahold of the reception after hours with our US phones. Overall I would def stay here again if I was coming to the area."
