Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Nie wieder!!!

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und des Restaurants sind unterirdisch. Überall krabbelten Ameisen, die Dusche war in einem so unhygienischen Zustand, dass wir beide darauf verzichteten. Die Bettwäsche war voller Flecken, due Fußmatte im Bad war total verdreckt etc. Die Mitarbeiter sind völlig überfordert und grenzwertig freundlich. Die Anlage müsste general überholt werden und entspricht nicht mal dem einfachsten Standard in Indonesien. In 4 Wochen Indonesienurlaub haben wir in 12 Hotels/Guesthouses/Homestays gewohnt, diese Unterkunft war die einzige, in der wir uns nicht wohlfühlten. Man kann nur abraten.
