This is a 180sq ft carpet luxuriant Pvt Bedroom in a 2bhk flat. Also has a 500 sq ft garden space (shared) for relaxation. Also has access to the beach.
Cupboard, large screen 55 inch 4 k TV, home theatre, split ac, clean bedsheets and pillows and scrumptious breakfast. Breakfast shall be fixed menu decided by host.
Daily cleaning shall be done. Most centrally located for easy commute. The room is situated on grnd floor and has private separate access if desired.
Flat is shared by me and my son.
The building is located in one of the uptown areas in Mumbai. It's located on the VIP road, cadell rd. Bang opposite Bombay Scottish school
Nr Hinduja hospital, Mahim, Mumbai.
