Nous sommes reste a l'hotel 5 jours...epuisant....nous de deconseillons tres fortemznt vraiment, premiere chose l'accueil hyper long arriver a 9:00 chambre eu a 13:30 promise a 10:00 bon ça laisser presager le reste. L'acces au chambre la premiere a cote de travaux tres mauvaise isolation "aucune" un bruit pas possible et couloir mythe. Nous avons demander un changement de chambre accorder apres 30 minutes de reflexion toujours avec les valises . Nouvelle chambre dans cette hotel miteux deguelasse et je pese mes mots. Nourriture, papiers, sol pourri de rasse noire wc je passe les details douche avec tache de calcaire, tacheq sur les draps. Ensuite nous avions choisi le paiement en espece sur place super idee mais il voous reveille en appellant le matin pour avoir votre argent. JAMAIS VU CA de plus la receptionniste monter directement a la chambre alors que nous sommes en plein sommeil pour reclamer les sous, du coup grasse matinee adieu et pour recuperation apres une journee d'affaire au revoir, car en plus de ca le matin les hommes et femmes de menage parlent entre comme a la maison et que ca cogne de partout etc enfin vraiment tres mauvaise experience nous souhaitions vous epargner.

MISLEADING TARIFF ON BOOKINGS ON WEBSITE.

ONE MUST GET A CONFIRMATION FROM THE HOTEL AS I HAD BOOKED ON EXPEDIA. BUT THE HOTEL DID NOT APPROVE MY BOOKING BCOZ IT WAS BOOKED ON LOW TARIFF AND I WAS ASKED TO PAY RS 440/- CASH DOWN. THE TARIFF BOOKED BY EXPEDIA WAS LOWER. THE STAFF WAS FIRM ON THIS AND DECLINED TO HONOUR THE BOOKING MADE ON EXPEDIA.

BAD EXPERIENCE

Room was stinking. Bed sheets, pillow covers were dirty. Rest Room was NOT CLEAN. NO HOT WATER. TV was not working, took half an hour to fix it. We ordered for 2 double beds but it had one double bed and a single bed. When asked for it, they said the double bed will open up to two double bed, when we opened it, it was an empty cavity and was not clean. THEY HAD NO ANSWER FOR IT. IT WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY ONE.

체크인 시간을 지키지못하여 캔슬됨 다음날 와이파이도 않되고 개인적으로 프로트에서 계약을하여 어제예약했던방과 같은걸로 달라고하여 방으로가보니 방크기도다르고 더블배드 2개있기로했는데 없음 룸체크4번째방에서 예약했던방과 상봉 돈주기전에 룸체크 꼭해보세요 그리고그라운드에 노래방인지 디스코택인지 노래소리가 거슬림

Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt ved Khar stasjonen. Bare til å ta toget til endeholdeplassen så er du i senrum av Mumbai. Får på denne måten sett mye på togturen. Utenfor hotellet er det også masse å se,da alt er konsentrert på et lite område. Veldig hyggelige på hotellet og fin restaurant.Ang kartet , er feil, hotellet ligger rett over hotel Red palm. Kommer gjerne igjen.

Hotel is very good for those going directly to Hotel. But for online bookings they are giving their worst room.TV you cann't watch, its colour is eastman colour,shower water is comming very slow without force,only one blanket without any undersheet and no clock in room,callingbell bubling with no sounds and last but not the least is no mineral water for free.

Väldigt dålig service

We stayed for a night and the rum was very dirty and with much nois fr the train station next to the hotel.the stuff help us to by ticket to goa by bus.Nd it Coust us 1200RNl and by the time we took the bus we asked how much the bus ticket cost from the driver and he sad 350maximum. So the hotel took more the half of the money for them. Very angry about the laying. The neighbourhood is very bad and dirty. I would never recommend the place to anyone. And I Will never go back there.

Not recomend for standard room

We have booked standard room which was in a pathetic shape all walls was full of bbad smell due to water sepage on all the walls it was stinking like anything I would not recomend any to stay atleast in standard room atleast take superior room Location was good staff was really helpful and courteous .

Dieses Hotel sollte man meiden!!!!

Der Anblick des Empfangsbereichs täuscht mächtig: ist man einmal im oberen Stock und im Zimmer, ist nichts mehr vom ersten Glanz zu sehen! Buchung über Internet klappt kaum. Internet, Klimaanlage und Ventilator haben nicht bis mässig funktioniert. Zimmerservice (Reinigung) katastrophal,Tücher werden erst nach mehrmaligen Verlangen gewechselt, um WC-Papier muss man ständig fragen, Bettlaken schmutzig etc. Das Preisleistungsverhältisnis stimmt nicht! Dieses Hotel ist unseres Erachtens wirklich NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!

Hotel hat 2 Gebaeude... ein sehr ale und andere neu renoviert. Bitte immer nach NEU ZIMMER fragen. Standard im renovierten Zimmer ist ganz ok und entpricht 3 Sterne Hotel. (Klima, WC, TV)
