Quite a good location with friendly staff, but it was noisy at night particularly if you have one of the rooms at the front of the hotel.

Noisy, couldn’t sleep, won’t revisit

The place is nice, but there’s construction happening right next door from 7.30am. Which means one can’t sleep or work through the day. I asked the receptionist for late check out and they didn’t even bother to check which room, which date I was leaving. Just kept saying oh we have early check in that morning and when I asked which morning, they couldn’t answer.

I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor. The staff saw this but didn't say anything to them. There was one night where they came back to the room at 1:30am and wouldn't talk softly at all. That woke me up and I couldn't fall back asleep. Just a terrible experience overall.
