"The hotel is in an area close to the JR Hakata station. Very convenient for transport plus there is also a convenience store nearby. "

"Everything was terrific! The staff were so pleasant, very attentive, and helpful. The elevators were fabulous- no waiting more than 15 seconds!!! Our room was spacious, had very comfortable beds, nice sized tv, large bathroom w/ powerful shower. We had robes and pajamas provided. They also cleaned up the room daily if we wanted. The amenities in the bathroom were so generous from hair ties to razor sets to all kinds of face oil and emulsion packets. We had a beautiful view of Hakata Tower and could see all the way to the ocean. Also the location was perfect with the subway a few steps away under the hotel. There was shopping and eating right outside and so much more all down the streets. We spent 10 days here and can’t wait to return!!!"

"Convenient hotel close to Hakata Station. Friendly staff. A great variety of breakfast options that cater to both Japanese and western tastes (eggs, bacon, cereals, toast etc). An awesome feature I liked also was the fact you could see how many of the washer & dryers were available for use from your room TV - meaning no need to haul your washing to the machines only to find them all in use. Also the shower pressure and temperature was amazing! Only downside I can think of was that the wifi was a bit spotty at times but otherwise would highly recommend this hotel!"

"A great place and a good hotel. While the room itself was a bit small, it was not an issue in itself.. the room is clean and nice, and everything is available there. The area around the hotel is just amazing!"
