3 br country home close to town with hot tub

  • our country home is located south of town and close to state road 3.
    u will love our spacious home with 3 bedrooms; 2 full baths; living room and family rooms.
    smart tvs throughout the home.
    spacious stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.
    out back is a fenced in yard and a covered patio for u to enjoy with views of the countryside.
    also we have a one car garage.
    walmart is up the way a couple of miles and up madison street is lots of resturants and fast food. we just recently added a hot tub in the garage.

Amazing stay!

We had such an amazing stay at this property! Everything was clean and stocked so well that we didn’t have to worry about needing anything. The owners were also very responsive and accommodating. Can not recommend this listing enough to anyone needing to stay in the Muncie area and wanting to have a clean, cozy, quiet, comfortable place to stay.

Perfect home for our family

It was a great stay for our family of 5. Enough beds for everyone and we were able to have our own spaces to hang out after long volleyball Days. My little ones especially loved the nice backyard so they could go out and run and play soccer!

This place is so much larger than the photos. It was ample space for our family. The location is perfect and quiet. Kitchen has all the utensils needed for making meals. The backyard was nice for our dog. We will make this our new Muncie home!

Property was clean and well supplied. There is evidence of some deferred maintenance, heater in main bath is loose, some broken tiles and rusted heat register. Very pleasant and quiet location. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Perfect for our needs

We were in Muncie for our daughter’s wedding. My husband, mother in law and younger daughter were all with me. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as the kitchen were all perfect for our needs.

Great location…cleanliness 👎

The location is great, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. First off, there were leftover ‘skid marks’ in the toilet (GROSS) they flushed right down but still 👎. The window seals were full of flies, the main shower had hairs on the walls and that’s all I need to mention. (there’s more but you get it)

Nice property, clean! Its on well water. Could use some modern updates but overall a nice home to stay in. Bring a hair dryer. AC worked well as it was 95deg every day. Has hot tub but it was too hot for that. Id stay here again!

Perfect place for our needs. Spacious house, only 15 minutes from our destination, Muncie. The ONLY knock on the place is that it is a little dated especially the bathrooms which need to be updated.

Super nice 3br 2 bath house on the Southside of Muncie. Updated appliances, great AC, spotlessly clean! Ample driveway parking, small fenced backyard for dog, back porch with charcoal grill, Walmart for supplies nearby.
