Great cabin!
We loved our stay! The cabin is awesome and has everything you need. TVs and Wi-Fi worked great! Lots of kitchen supplies to use and a large fridge. Games were fun in the game room. Beware of spiders, you are in the woods so spiders are out and about.

Perfect for the Family
The cabin was so cozy & very much family friendly.. they had extra toys for the kids to play with , the treehouse and the game room was were our kids spent most of their time at. I loved the deck and the views are amazing. The fire pit was also great! Micheal was an absolute gem of a host, he so attentive and responded quickly to our text messages. We appreciate his hospitality.

Fourth of July
This place was great. Very accurate listing. We spent most of the time outside but the location was great for noise. Getting stuff into the house required a little work with the stairs but worth it. Plenty of games, tv’s, activities to do inside. Michael was a great host. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful location and great home for our Thanksgiving break
We spent several days for our Thanksgiving break at this beautiful home. The area is quiet and beautiful, surrounded by pine forests and near a lake. The house is great! We liked the feel of the living room and kitchen area. We used the main bedroom upstairs, and the bed was very comfortable! On the lower floor they have a game room, and we used the ping pong table. We enjoyed the balconies surrounding the house at each floor, as well as the fenced in yard in the back! We recommend it and would visit again if we are in the area.

Wedding weekend
We went up here for a wedding close to Flagstaff. The house was beautiful and fit two small families comfortably. The dogs enjoyed their time as well. I would not recommend if you have mobility issues as there are tons of stairs. I also would not recommend arriving at night as it is very dark. This place was really fun and had lots of activities. The children and adults had a great time and I would definitely stay again.

Big house, good location, it needs maintenance
The location and property size are amazing, however, we can't have an excuse of being a "cabin" for being badly maintained. The bathrooms were not clean and the floors in all bedrooms were dirty.In one of the bedrooms even bags of Doritos were on the floor.The stairs that lead to the house are cracking and shaking; that should be better advertised, since we had elderly people and a pregnant woman with us, the "climb" was not the experience we came prepared for.In the bathrooms there was lots of hair in the bathtubs and around the areas.Again, the place has a lot of potential, but it needs work to be updated for a better maintenance.

Quiet destination
If you like quiet and remote, this is a good area. Not much to do locally, internet and wi-fi service was sketchy. A 2 hour movie on Prime took 3 hours to watch as the service was constantly spinning up. Loads of DVDs, but no DVD player. They aren't kidding about the stairs and it is quite a climb to get from the road to the house. The kitchen has a good supply of dishes, utensils and cookware. The house wasn't dirty, but it wasn't clean either. Kitchen, bathrooms, and floors were clean on the surfaces. Cabinets could stand a good wipedown inside and out, dusty blinds and quite a few cobwebs. Several boards in the deck seemed soft, and the backyard/tree house could have been tidied up before our arrival. Several used kitchen items around the fire pit and broken toys on the ground and in the tree house. All in all, a nice property, just needs a little maintenance.

Weekend Getaway
Michael is a fantastic host. Communication was easy and always a prompt response. The house is very welcoming and has everything needed for a fun stay. The weather was beautiful so the grill and deck got lots of use. There was plenty of comfortable seating on the decks to sit out and enjoy the weather and views. Great for families. I would recommend and book here again.

Cozy Stay
This was our second time staying at this property and we will be coming back again! We love how cozy it is and they have alot of things in hand from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Extra blankets! We always bring extra toilet paper, trash bags, etc. It's also pet friendly! The communication with the property owner was awesome and attentive! It snowed so much while we stayed there and it was sooo beautiful! We don't regret staying here ! We will be back :D

Munds Park Cabin Stay
The location of the cabin is perfect. It is nestled in the mountain trees and has the most beautiful views. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and out back by the fire, even though we couldn't have a campfire due to the fire ban. Although our overall stay was enjoyable, there were a few things that could be improved upon. There were spider webs not only outside all over, but inside as well. That included the upper floor bedroom walls and ceilings. I understand this is a cabin but a nice sweep of the webs inside would have been nice.

Other than a couple small issues it was an enjoyable stay. I think it was more of the cleaners before not doing what they were supposed to.
The trash cans weren’t lined and there was maybe 3 rolls of see thru toilet paper. The electricity was the biggest issue. Couldn’t move anything around or plug anything extra into the walls without the breakers popping. The GFCIs in the bathrooms and kitchens were always tripped and hard to reset.

Family Friendly Cabin in The Woods
This cabin is lovely, beautiful wrap around porch lots of outdoor seating/dining options. The grill was a nice thing to have, although it was very dirty and out of gas. We ended up just replacing the tank. The cabin was pretty clean, although there was a dirty diaper in the downstairs bedroom-easily looked over and not a huge deal. We had one member of our party who needed to do some business and unfortunately the wifi was spotty at best. Overall we would be back, the issues were minor, just better to mention them so owners can improve.

Comfortable house
The stay was nice. The patio is great to enjoy all day. The beds were comfortable (the only issue we had there was the sheets don’t seem to fit well on the mattresses and easily come off mid-night.) The location was great - especially if you like fishing as it was close to the lake. We would stay again. 🙂

Nice location
We had been to Munds park before so we knew we would love this location. This place is nice but we were dissappointed with a few things. The grill was very dirty and the automatic start did not work. Which made us have to change most of our meal plans. We also had an issue with the out side fire pit area. The out side fire pit area was a draw for us but when we arrived the spark arrestor was bent and mangled so we could not have a fire. The two rooms on the upper levels are nice and comfy. The beds on the bottom floor were not comfortable and the people who slept down there were not happy during the trip.

2nd stay
Our second stay at this cabin and it's great. The deck is everyone's favorite but we also like the different levels to have space. Having the lake and hiking close by is nice too. There are a lot of stairs to be aware of but that is fine with us. Also not having AC could be a challenge if the weather gets hot. Fun memories made here.

Nice quiet location away from the crowds.
Only 20 minutes to Flagstaff and 30 minutes to Sedona. It had a mountain lodge feel next to the lake and gave us a getaway when we were tired of all the crowds since we happened to visit during Easter/spring break.

Relaxing and Fun
The cabin was perfectly appointed, clean and cozy. Fall decor was the perfect touch. The outside deck was the favorite hangout and we really felt like we were in the tops of the trees. Prompt communication from the owners and an all around great experience. We loved it and will return.

Paradise in the Pines
We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin. There were two families there and the first floor of this cabin was perfect for our kids. The cabin also has two decks that have beautiful views.
