This new hotel is in excellent condition. Clean and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good. The flooring patterns are dizzying.

Cool hotel

Nice hotel in the city center. Very helpful staff. But one thing to notice is that they do not have rooms with more than 2 beds. That thing aside, it was a good experience to stay here and a lovely breakfast.

The location is great in terms of public transportation (just behind the main railroad station). The building is well maintained and has a clean and fresh design. Rooms are a bit small and without any means for preparing a coffee or tea though.

Nice Hotel at the main trainstation in Münster. I had a nice room on 5th Floor… Room 505… nice but extremely noisy… the air condition is on the roof of this room… for me too nosy… next time I will ask for a room on an other floor.

It's next to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) and there are shady characters loitering around at all times. I checked out around 9 30 in the morning and there was already a heavy police presence between the hotel and train station entrance because two young women got into a physical altercation.

Diese Unterkunft möchten wir nicht bewerten. Es war das schlechteste Hotel was wir in über 40 Jahren besucht haben! Jede Jugendherberge hat mehr Charme als das Hotel! Das Empfangspersonal kann für das Konzept nichts, sie waren freundlich, aber leider unflexibel. Die Reinigung in diesem Hotel erfolgt erst nach drei Tagen! Das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr schlecht. Unser angeblich frisch gereinigtes Zimmer war im Badezimmer eine Katastrophe, extrem verdreckte Toilette und Toilettenbrille und mit Wasser verdünntes Duschgel. Den Rest sparen wir uns! Beim Auschecken wurde wir nicht gefragt, wie uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat, einfach Karte abgegeben und das war’s!

Trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Bahnhof, waren die Nächte ruhig. Check-In und Check-Out gestalteten sich unkompliziert. Das Personal war freundlich. Vom Hotel war fußläufig viel sehenswertes schnell zu erreichen. Das Hotel liegt zentrumsnah.
