"I love staying here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located for transport connections and the lakeside. The hotel itself is very clean and pleasant inside and has recently had some attractrive internal rennovations including air conditioning to all rooms and key card access doors. My stay this time coincided with the Luci e Ombre festival and from my balcony I had the best posssible view of the fireworks on the lake on the final day. "
