"The views & grounds are beautiful, peaceful & relaxing. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, a cooks kitchen. Plenty of space to spread out as 3 couples, although aside from the dining room hard to all be in the same room but we figured it out. The location is fantastic, close to lots of adventures & hiking. The beds were comfortable & we appreciated the supply of towels. The neighbors are friendly but not invasive & the opportunity to kayak & bike was an added bonus. Mike & Paula were extremely communicative & accessible even offering ideas for things to do. We highly recommend the beautiful house, just be prepared to not want to leave this slice of heaven."

"Nice comfortable house in a central location in the Finger Lakes Region. Nancy is an excellent host, very responsive. The house is right off a main highway in Waterloo/Geneva, so one needs a vehicle to go to any restaurants, shopping or parks in the area. Nothing is that far away by car, but not really walking distance either and no sidewalks on the main road. There is a small dock on a canal tributary out back which is nice for sitting at, but bring chairs as there is only a wooden bench there."
