. Tranquility First: The residence is equipped with smart noise monitoring (decibel levels only) and exterior security to ensure a peaceful area atmosphere.

. Exclusive Access: To maintain the quality of the residence, only registered guests are permitted. Parties or commercial events are strictly prohibited.

. A Special Touch: Please enjoy the custom designer shopping bag provided for your stay! We simply ask that you leave it in the studio upon your departure so the next guest can enjoy it.

. Note on Policy: To protect our home, violations of these standards (such as unauthorised parties or smoking) will result in immediate termination of your reservation and a €500 compliance fee to cover specialised cleaning and security costs.
