Apartment located in the very first line of the Mediterranean sea, very bright, all exterior and with unbeatable sea views.
The house has 3 bedrooms with 5 beds in total and two bathrooms, living room with terrace and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and laundry. It has an underground parking space.
It has wifi connection and cable tv. It is a second floor of a block of 3 floors so access is only by stairs. The urbanization has a large swimming pool for adults and another for children with showers, sun loungers and direct access to the sea, it also has a tennis court and garden areas.
Located at kilometer 4 of La Manga surrounded by all services and leisure alternatives as it is located a few meters from the famous Souk D 'Levante de la Manga and very close to the Bohemian Square which has a wide range of entertainment
