Very old, dirty rooms. Refused to recognize my service dog and charged me because I "didn't tell " them ahead of my arrival. This is illegal and as soon as the government shutdown ends I will be filling a complaint.

Hotel Hell

The worst facility ever booked thru Hotels.com. Water leaking from adjoining unit.....flimsy door look. Avoid at all costs.

Filthy! Call Health Department ASAP!

The room looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was a lot of dirt and dust build up all along baseboards. I had to clean sink, toilet and shower the best I could using disinfectant cleaning wipes and they ended up a yellow brown color when I finished. Bedding had hair and stains on it. Shower fixtures were not secured to shower wall. Shower curtain was full of mildew and we were afraid to touch it. We were afraid to lay directly in sheets and blankets. Washcloths were dingy with dark stains (thankfully we traveled with our own).

Gross !!! Keep going !

Terrible stay and overpriced! The shower still had used soap and empty shampoo bottles indicating it wasn’t cleaned ! We decided not to shower ! And the body hair was everywhere! Gross ! Ice machine didn’t work! Smelly and dirty outside . Noisy guests ! Old blankets with lots of burn holes ! I sprayed Lysol everywhere and wiped down everything with Lysol wipes .. we were exhausted and just dealt with it . Not worth the money we paid ! And the ridiculous charge for the pet fee! I don’t mind paying a pet fee , but not being ripped off . This place is gross and the health department needs to shut it down !

I loved how close it was to the event I was attending. The rooms were updated (vinyl flooring), clean and in decent condition for an older property. I know previous reviews were not good, but since new management took over, it's much nicer.

This property has had a bad reputation in the past, but it has now been renovated. The king bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean but sloppy caulking in the bathroom makes the floor around the toilet look dirty but it is not dirty. The shower was fine with a good shower head and hot water. It was a very hot, humid day and night, but the air conditioning kept us cool. The person checking us in was friendly and helpful. There is nothing fancy about this place but it met our needs adequately.

Beware…. Low standards

We booked a king room. Arrived at motel, electrical issues, do they ‘upgraded’ us to a. Double queen room?? And it was horrible. Smelled bad, beds looked as if they were not changed. Had dirt and hair on them. Floors were disgustingly dirty had to wear shoes the whole time. We were given 1 towel set for 2 people. They were badly stained and tattered. Room was only checked once by a guy that knocked, we were still resting due to late night, and the guy opened to door on us! No fresh towels, we had to take our own trash out! As the only place to stay in town, we had to deal with it. Returned the next night to room, it smelled so bad of weed! We had to buy an air freshener! We come to town for a festival each year, and sadly, we will make reservations at the next town 30 mins away next year! This place is very ran down since last year when we stayed. Needs new sheets, towels, cleaning people that care! They need to do better! We do not recommend!
