I had rented the stargaze tent when I got there the tent was not ready, and I was told that they were not even supposed to rent those at that time. I had to stand outside for over an hour while I waited for them to find me a different cabin. Finally, they did. The cleaning lady said they had double booked everything, but she took care of me and put me in a different cabin and then I had a nice experience for the rest of my stay.
