This beautiful house is located in a quiet area just 200 meters from the spectacular beach of Platges de Muro. The house, very spacious, is fully equipped and has everything you would need to spend a relaxing holiday near the sea. In addition, it has a swimming pool, garden with natural grass and several furnished terraces ideal for enjoying the outdoors.



The accommodation is located in Platges de Muro, a tourist area where you can enjoy countless services, supermarkets, restaurants and many activities to practice as a family. But the most impressive of the area is the spectacular white sand beach and crystal clear waters. On the other hand, the house is only 10 minutes by car from Port d'Alcúdia and Can Picafort.

Zentral gelegenes Haus mit Mängeln

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in einer Seitenstraße. Zum Strand und zu den Restaurants/Bars sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Es gibt zwei Terrassen, wovon eine sich vor dem Haus befindet und überdacht ist. Das ist sehr praktisch. Die zweite Terrasse mit dem großen Pool liegt im hinteren Bereich des Grundstücks und bietet ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste. Die Inneneinrichtung ist geschmackvoll und es war sauber. Leider befand sich während unseres Aufenthaltes auf dem direkt angrenzenden Grundstück eine Baustelle, auf welcher ab 7:30 Uhr jeden Morgen bis zum Nachmittag gearbeitet wurde. Dadurch war es sehr laut und die nötige Entspannung am Pool kaum möglich. Die Küchenausstattung ließ noch einigen Spielraum nach oben; so fehlten brauchbare Pfannen, Töpfe und Flaschenöffner. Außerdem funktionierte weder der Backofen noch die Dunstabzugshaube. Da das Haus keine Klimaanlage hat, herrschte permanent eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, was beispielsweise das Trocknen der Duschhandtücher unmöglich machte. Auch die Tatsache, dass es von diesen für jeden Gast, wir waren zu viert und das Haus ist für sechs Personen ausgelegt, nur eines gab, erschwerte uns die freien Tage. In einem Schlafzimmer hat der vorhandene Ventilator ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes von einer Woche der Pool nicht gereinigt und in Ermangelung an geeigneten Geräten konnten wir dies auch nicht eigenhändig erledigen. Sollten die zu beseitigenden Mängel behoben werden, kann man das Haus aufgrund seiner Lage empfehlen.

We simply just loved it all. Clean, spacious and well-equipped house in a quiet place - very nice pool and garden. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
