Located in Platges de Muro, this stunning two-storey villa with a private pool perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and proximity to the sea. With capacity for up to 10 guests, it is the ideal choice for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing stay just 20 metres from the beach.
The exterior of the property is a true haven by the sea. A beautiful garden surrounds the elegant private saltwater pool, which measures 7 x 3 metres with a maximum depth of 1.70 metres. Three spacious furnished porches —featuring comfortable seating and dining areas— invite you to enjoy Mallorca’s pleasant climate throughout the day, whether savouring a delicious barbecue by the pool, relaxing in the shade, or watching the sun set. For added convenience, the pool area also includes an outdoor shower and bathroom. With direct access to the beach, this villa boasts a truly privileged location. Although situated within a residential area with nearby neighbours, its thoughtful design and layout ensure a peaceful stay.

Inside, spread over two floors, the villa impresses with its space and natural light. On the ground floor, a large living room with a fireplace, Smart TV, and satellite channels connects seamlessly with the dining area and fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs, forming a spacious and welcoming environment. A guest toilet completes this level. Upstairs, you’ll find a second living room and five bedrooms: three feature double beds and en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining two have twin beds, one of which also has an en-suite. A sixth bathroom with a shower serves the rest of the floor. The two living rooms, kitchen, and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Additional amenities include a cot and high chair for guests travelling with a baby, as well as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Platges de Muro, in northern Mallorca, is renowned for its vast stretches of fine white sand and shallow, crystal-clear waters — ideal for families and sea lovers alike. The surrounding natural environment is exceptional, bordering the S’Albufera Natural Park, a haven for walking and birdwatching. The area also offers a superb choice of restaurants, beach bars, and water sports such as paddleboarding, windsurfing, and boat trips. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the Mediterranean.

Please remember that smoking is not allowed inside the property. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a penalty of up to 2,000 euros may be applied.

Familien-Urlaub

Wir haben in dem Haus einen wunderschönen Familien-Urlaub verbracht. Es bietet für 8 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder mehr als genug Platz und ist fantastisch gelegen. Die Fotos sagen alles :) Der private Zugang zum Strand ist einmalig! Leider ist die Einrichtung in den Badezimmern veraltet und z. B. in den Duschen teilweise kaputt. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind von dem netten Damen Team herzlich empfangen worden. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

"The only downside of this beautiful villa is that the bathroom upstairs gives off a rather unpleasant smell. We tried different things to make it go away but I think it's a problem with the plumbing. "
