  • Beautiful rustic house in the north of the island in a very pretty village where you will find tranquillity.



    This beautiful country house is located in the north of the island, in the town of Muro. From here you will find the main commercial area at 1 km, where all shops, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, etc. are located.

    The house is situated on a plot of 1800 m². The house has 130 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people, it has 2 bedrooms with two single beds in each, it also has a bathroom with a shower and an outdoor bathroom also with a shower.

    The spacious living room has a TV with satellite channels and WiFi, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for you to enjoy your holidays.



    The 130 m² terrace with stunning panoramic views offers a large swimming pool and jacuzzi so that you can enjoy Mallorca's sunny climate. Also in the evenings, you have the option to prepare a tasty meal on the barbecue for family or friends.

    Air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms with timer (2 hours)



    IMPORTANT:

    - All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

    - All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

    - Electricity included (3 kw/day per person).

Great villa and great price! Very close to Muro if you want to grab groceriesorder pizza. Worth noting the jacuzzi is not heated and that they only give you one dish pod, one toilet paper etc so make sure your prepared to buy your home essentials! Highly recommend though! Great pool and outstanding outdoor kitchen space

Very peaceful area, we loved the view of the mountains. Everything was as described in the previous comments - so if you don’t like to have a second bathroom outsidethe aircon to go out after 2 hours that’s not the place for you. However, for us it didn’t matter. We especially loved that you can pick your fruits in the garden (especially the figs were sooooo yummyyyy). 🥰

Me and my family stayed in this Villa during August and had a lovely time. The Villa was very well equipped and had everything we needed for cooking. The outdoor dining area was lovely and provided shade whilst eating. The local town of Muro was quiet so we travelled to further towns most evenings for dinner/ entertainment. The property was gated which made it feel very secure. Would stay here again, thoroughly recommend :)

Propriété très joliment rénovée et pleine de charme. Tout est pensé pour le confort. Maison vraiment agréable et emplacement idéal pour le calme! Propriétaires très réactifs et gentils. Petit bémol: la petite chambre d'enfant n'est pas climatisée.

Wir haben diese Finca gebucht und waren sehr überrascht, wie groß das Anwesen tatsächlich war. Der Checkin war flexibel mit einem Schlüsselsafe. Der klemmte bei Ankunft etwas, es war dunkel und wir unsicher, ob wir richtig waren. Dann klappte es und wir wurden von der wunderbaren Finca und dem großen Gelände überrascht. Die Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, die aber im Frühjahr nicht so warm macht, wie eine Heizung. Dennoch war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell, alles in allem: wir würden wiederkommen! Danke schön

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Finca und die Außenanlage waren wunderschön, groß und alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert. Sowohl im Haus als auch die Außenanlage waren sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Check-in war zudem flexibel und verlief super.Das Einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, ist die laute Straße sowie der Flugverkehr.

Maison très confortable, spacieuse nous l’avons loué à 4 pour une semaine. Le terrain est très appréciable et au calme, nous avons également pu profiter du barbecue mis à disposition. Sans oublier les magnifiques couchers de soleil. La piscine, le jacuzzi et la maison étaient impeccable. L’hôte est également très réactive. Attention toutefois au muret pour rentrer et sortir de la propriété en voiture. Nous recommandons avec plaisir. Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps d'évaluer notre établissement, nous vous en sommes très reconnaissants. Ce fut un plaisir de vous compter parmi nos hôtes et nous vous souhaitons le meilleur. Nous espérons vous revoir bientôt.

Nous sommes vraiment très heureux d'avoir pu passer ce séjour chez vous. La seule chose à revoir serait sans doute la climatisation puisqu'elle se coupe toute les 2h difficile de dormir et récupérer réellement.

TOLL ABER...

Die Finca ist gepflegt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Abwicklung für die Übernahme und Abgabe der Finca ging reibungslos. Was mich aber erstaunt hat, dass bei der Beschreibung und auf den Bewertungen nie zu lesen war, dass die Finca in der Anflugschneise vom Flughafen Palma liegt. Alle 5 Minuten fliegt ein Flugzeug über die Finca hinweg. Hätte ich dies im Vorhinein gewusst, hätte ich die Finca nicht gebucht, da ich die Ruhe in Mallorca suche. Ca. 80 Meter von der Finca liegt eine schwach befahrene Strasse, leider gab es da jeden Abend ein Motorfahrer der seine Runden mehrmals fuhr und das Motorrad voll aufdrehte, was sehr störend war.

Die Finka ist traumhaft. Wir waren zu viert, denke aber auch zu sechs würde es dort super gehen. Es war alles vor Ort. Super sauber, toll eingerichtet und der Pool mit einem tollen Blick. Die Lage muss man mögen, da es etwas außerhalb liegt. Wir konnten super zur Ruhe kommen. Wirklich zu empfehlen. Super preis Leistung. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit empfehlen!

Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht. Ruhig gelegen, man ist für sich alleine und sehr intim. Liebevoll eingerichtet und ein sehr schönes, großes Grundstück. Die Betten sind sehr einfach, aber okay. Es ist alles hervorragend gelaufen und wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit empfehlen!

Sehr schönen Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Die Finca hat alles was man braucht, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Besonders das Grundstück haben wir sehr genossen. Generell ist alles sehr sauber, das dritte Zimmer haben wir nicht nutzen können, da aus dem angrenzenden Keller gefühlt feuchter Geruch kam.

Entspannter Fincaurlaub mit Pool

Das Gelände ist schön angelegt, die Finca selbst ist gemütlich ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool wurde einmal wöchentlich gereinigt, hier wäre eine zeitliche Ankündigung wünschenswert gewesen.

Gäste sollten leidensfähig sein

Ein sehr vorteilhaftes Foto von einem Objekt im Industriegebiet, das weniger dem heutigen Stand entspricht. Der Kunstrasen ist abgewetzt, die Küchenschränke riechen, ebenso die Dusche (mit Nachlass der vorherigen Gäste). Das zweite Bad (mit defekter Duschabtrennung) befindet sich außerhalb des Hauses in der Verlängerung der Garage. Die gewohnte Reinlichkeit war an vielen Stellen nicht gegeben, von der Lage zu schweigen. Die Poolanlage war im Wesentlichen ok. Wir waren sehr viel unterwegs...
