Cas Mestre es un lugar pensado para convivir, crear y relajarte. Una casa única situada en pleno corazón de la localidad mallorquina de Muro, a tan solo 10 minutos en coche de una de las playas más bonitas de la isla, y a 35 minutos del aeropuerto de Palma.
El espacio
La casa fue construida a finales del s.XIX y albergó el primer colegio del pueblo, siendo la casa principal la residencia del Maestro, dando nombre al conjunto. Ahora, tras una cuidada reforma, cuenta con estancias creadas especialmente para personas que trabajen desde casa y que quieran disfrutar de vivir una temporada en Mallorca.
Servicios y zonas comunes
The Duplex es un pequeño hogar dentro de la propiedad. Un espacio singular de 50 metros cuadrados distribuidos en dos plantas.
Cuenta con con entrada independiente desde la calle. En planta baja cuenta con cocina-comedor con salón, y en la planta superior se ubica la habitación principal con baño en suite yvestidor. Destaca un cuidado diseño, cálido ambiente y su gran luminosidad y confort.
En la zona exterior podemos disfrutar de la piscina compartida, al igual del comedor exterior, la lavandería y una pequeña oficina donde poder teletrabajar. Estas zonas serán comunes a la casa principal y su uso será compartido.
Otros aspectos destacables
Alquiler de temporada no turístico. (LAU 3.2). No vacacional. Se requiere un mínimo de alquiler superior a 32 días.
