This beautiful chalet has a privileged location due to the beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. Just few seconds walk from its spectacular sandy beach.
The house has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full equip kitchen and spacious and bright living room and laundry. On the outside you will find a garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. Furthermore, there is air conditioning, heating and a satellite TV.
The property is situated in a residential area, ideal to spend your holidays with the family or with friends. It is near to Puerto de Alcúdia and Can Picafort; there you will find a lot of shops, supermarkets and restaurants and you will taste the typical gastronomy. A few metres from the villa there is the Parque Nacional de la Albufera (National Park of the Albufera), ideal to go for a walk or by bike and observe the Mediterranian flora and fauna. In addition, next to the house you will find a bus stop (from Puerto de Alcúdia until Can Picafort).
The property is located in Playas de Muro, where you can enjoy the wonderful beaches of the zone, with crystalline waters and white sand.
