Enjoy a peaceful holiday in this spacious rural house located in Muro, in an ideal location between the village and the coastal area of northern Mallorca. The property is about 3 km from Can Picafort and Playa de Muro, allowing you to enjoy a private and rural setting without giving up proximity to some of the best beaches on the island.
With approximately 350 m² of accommodation and a plot of over 8,200 m², this holiday home offers spaciousness, privacy and plenty of outdoor space, perfect for families or groups of up to 8 people seeking rest, comfort and contact with nature.
The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a full bathroom, the main kitchen, spacious and well equipped, and different common areas designed for rest and coexistence. On the first floor are the other three bedrooms: one of them with an en-suite bathroom and the other two with access to a shared bathroom. In total, the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, plus an external toilet located in the terrace area, very practical for use of the swimming pool and garden.
The exterior is one of the great attractions of the property. It has a spacious garden, private swimming pool, terrace of approximately 80 m² and different areas where you can relax, sunbathe or enjoy the Mediterranean climate. It also features an outdoor barbecue area, ideal for preparing outdoor meals, and a ping pong table to enjoy leisure time during your stay.
