Spread over two floors, it offers 160 m² of living space with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 twin bed). Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub, while downstairs, there is a third bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with fans.

On the ground floor, there is a large dining and living room with a TV and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

Outdoors, there is patio furniture, a swimming pool, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a chill-out area.
