"We stayed in December, off season. Most of the stores and restaurants were closed, but the grocery stores were open. The property was clean and spacious. The frying pans and spatula need to be replaced, otherwise all in the kitchen was good. The rooms were quite cold when we arrived; the heaters on the ceiling worked ok. There is limited hot water for showers and dishes, and weak water pressure in the shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a soft mattress - I loved it, my husband did...

"The hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind. The amenities, including the kids spaces were fantastic. The buffet are delicious. The beach is so dreamy with white sand, turquoise warm water and shallow water, perfect for the kiddos. We loved our stay and will come back for sure!"

"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The 24/7 support was greatly appreciated and made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the parking process was very convenient thanks to the smartphone application, which made everything quick and easy. The hotel overall was very beautiful, well-maintained, and highly recommendable. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and truly enjoyed the atmosphere. The only area that could be improved was the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom, in particular, was not as clean as expected and felt a little unpleasant. We would appreciate more attention to cleanliness in the future, especially in the bathroom. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return."
