With a capacity for up to 8 adults, this charming property is perfect for families wishing to enjoy a relaxing stay in a welcoming environment, with four comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a fully equipped independent kitchen, designed to offer all the comforts of everyday living.



The spaces have been carefully designed to provide a warm and functional experience, adapting to the needs of both adults and children.outside, a pleasant garden with private pool invites you to enjoy the outdoors, whether sunbathing, sharing meals on the terrace or relaxing after a day exploring the island. Just 12 km (10 minutes by car) from the house is Playa de Muro, recognised as one of the best beaches in Europe. This paradise of white sand and crystal clear waters, free of large buildings, offers a natural environment ideal for unwinding. The access begins in the picturesque village of Sa Caseta des Capellans, where some of the most popular gastrobars in the area are concentrated, perfect for enjoying a meal in front of the sea. In addition, the Natural Park of s'Albufera, an ecological jewel and one of the most valuable protected areas in Mallorca, is very close by, ideal for nature and photography lovers.



Villa Rostoll Espai de Calma is more than just a holiday home: it is a place where you can disconnect, reconnect and live at the leisurely pace of the north of Mallorca.
