Located a few steps from the crystal-clear waters of Alcudia Bay, Villa Canta is a cosy summer home with an excellent location in Playas de Muro, ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people who wish to enjoy northern Mallorca with comfort and tranquillity.

The property has 150 m² of habitable surface, distributed in 4 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with bathtub, offering the perfect space for a relaxed holiday by the sea.

Upon entering the house, a spacious terrace welcomes us, equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for sharing meals outdoors. It also has sunbeds to sunbathe with privacy before taking a walk to the beach.

The interior offers a bright living-dining room with sofa, satellite TV, natural ventilation and a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. The dwelling has an independent gas kitchen, fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare your favourite dishes.

The rest area is composed of:

2 bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning

2 bedrooms with two single beds each

Moreover, the house has a second living room on the ground floor, with a ping pong table ideal for spending fun moments with family or friends.

Schönes Haus mit prima Lage. Küchenausstattung gut und ausreichend. Fliegengitter in den Fenstern wären bei den vielen Mücken richtig gut. Die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine für mögliche 8 Mieter winzig und ziemlich langsam
