There are spectacular views over Albufera lake and sunsets from the chill out zone located on the roof terrace, or relax by the private pool, great for lazy days in the sunshine. The villa has bright and airy interiors with 3 spacious bedrooms all located on one floor making it an ideal choice for a family getaway. Pool heating, WiFi, air conditioning/heating in bedrooms are included.

Villa Casa Leon is located in the Playa de Muro area of Alcudia, close to the pretty beach lined with restaurants and bars. Follow the coastal path towards the marina and the lively strip, where you'll find a number of shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs to choose from. The marina is at the end of this long stretch of sand, a stunning place to sit and dine, whilst overlooking the yachts. The popular Old Town is a short bus or taxi ride away where you can explore its traditional authentic shops and delicious restaurants along the narrow streets. Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
