There was an incident that occured next door to the hotel with police and gunshots. Not once did the hotel notify it's residents. There were several instances of homeless people screaming and loitering outside of the hotel and staff did not do anything to help or remove them from the door's entrance. We were not told that we would have to share a bathroom and shower with the hall upon booking. We had to use shower caps as makeshift shower shoes. The room was smaller than a closet and the coffee/tea provided as complimentary tasted awful.

Very nice stylish, warm and cozy hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, and our room had a pretty view of the bay.
