This is one awesome spot! Your cozy cabin is located alongside a meandering creek in the Smoky Mountains near Murphy, North Carolina. Our priority is to provide extra clean and comfortable accommodations. All amenities are included to make your stay a relaxing and memorable experience plus high speed internet access w/ROKU TV for streaming your apps and working remotely. The cabin is set on 5.5 wooded acres that encompass both sides of the creek. A trail runs along the back of the property and parallels the creek. This path is great for walking or hiking and makes for easy exploring all the way into the community park, where two creeks converge with small waterfalls. The creek is great for the kids and adults alike to splash, wade, and explore. Winter Break

Enjoyed our stay. Easily accessible via vehicle with well maintain road. Host was very accessible, checking with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful property. Would stay there again.

Excellent 4 day get away

Older but well maintained cabin. Bed is amazing. A bit closer to the access road than the pictures make it seem, but for the most part quiet and cozy. We were there for an anniversary getaway and it served the purpose well. David is a very attentive host and we would stay again.

Awesome stay

Going outside and listening to the creek after a day out adventuring was very relaxing. Beautiful location and the cabin was very well stocked with everything you need. The only recommendation I have would be to have recliners in the living room. That would really make relaxing with the fire awesome.

We had to leave early on Wednesday of a four day stay. Left because of the weather reports of Hurricane Helene.Glad we got out when we did. Our short stay was fine.

Having rented many properties in the Murphy area for years, this was one of the best. Beautiful grounds and creek, spacious and well equipped cabin with lots of windows. Private and very comfortable. About only down aside was that it 20-30 min away from grocery.

Peaceful mountain getaway

Our family of 5 had an amazing vacation at this very peaceful cabin. We were looking for a place that was away from the hustle and bustle of more touristy areas and we found that with this cabin. We brought groceries and the cabin had all of the kitchen necessities to make our own meals so we didn’t have to eat out often. The cabin is centrally located and we were able to visit/hike Helen GA and Blue Ridge GA as well as Murphy NC. Communication with the owner was easy and they always responded quickly.

We had a great stay. We found plenty of things to do, but did have to drive further than I thought. I like how the place is hidden away. We may not be back, but that's because we normally stay in Gatlinburg.

Great peaceful getaway!

Home was clean, extremely well-equipped, and so comfortable! Host was so accommodating and available. Place is perfect for a quiet getaway, but close enough to town to visit. Creek is soothing, fire pit is great! Can’t say enough positives! This is our second visit & we look forward to our next!

Best vacation ever!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The place is beautiful, clean, cozy, peaceful, and equipped to the little details. We enjoyed it to the max and can't wait to go back. Nothing better that staying in the cabin to relax and disconnect from the city. It is also close to very interesting points such as as Great Smoky Mountains, Ruby Falls, Rocky City, Murphy. Can't wait to go back!

Sparkling clean and fully stocked cabin with creek!

Wonderful cabin nestled in the woods with 20 minute access to stores. Dave’s place was sparkling clean with extra linens and towels, plenty of dishes for large family, fire pit with wood, and nice little stream just a few yards from the cabin. Thank you for letting us enjoy your little slice of heaven in the woods.
