The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put furniture back in its proper place. Empty trash and place in the outside trash receptacle - securely fasten.
If the fireplace was used, the unit should be turned to the ‘PILOT’ position. Please ensure the hot tub is turned off and the cover is securely fastened. Shut and lock all windows/sliding doors.
Set the thermostat to 55° (if Winter) and 75° (if Summer). Please push the “lock” icon on the doorlock upon exiting the home and ensure the deadbolt turns to the locking position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
