My husband and I visited from Georgia for one night and I must say that I was relatively surprised. Love the hotel, the amenities, especially the pool table. Staff were pleasant and the decor of the hotel and rooms were stellar. Both fridge and microwave were in the rooms which was a huge plus for us. Will be visiting again.

We only stayed one night. We had a gorgeous Mountain View from our room. The beds were comfortable and the room was well appointed. We ate at Gordon Ramseys restaurant but were disappointed with the taste of the food.

After spending the weekend celebrating a loved ones birthday, we look forward to visiting again in the future. The staff were courteous, patient and helpful. The casino is clean and easy to get through. I would rank our bed in the top 5 we've had in rentals and our room was fabulous. I would consider the drink prices fair and the food pricing understandable for the atmosphere. Lastly, it's a lovely location so the window views, even with the rain, were lovely.

I had not been since the upgrades the other year (maybe a few years ago?). What a difference! It was nice place to stay before but now it is very vibrant and fun with more food options, games, and larger, renovated hotel rooms.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this property. It is extremely clean with a friendly staff and things to do nearby. The room was very spacious, up-to-date and the thing I cannot stress the most this place is quiet! No outside traffic noise at all. Beautiful views as well surround this hotel. My only critique at all is the food we ate was good, but not great. Also, the bar was understaffed as they only had one waitress that could not keep up with the customers needs. Half the restaurant was empty and I was told they couldn't staff the other half. Maybe it was because they were slow during my visit, not sure. I would definitely come back though as it's a beautiful property.

We were disappointed with the slots and the food choices were. Unsatisfactory. We have been there many times but will not be back. We are planning our next trip to windcreek in Alabama in early spring next year. Good bye and good riddance!!!

All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. Linens were very clean including towels. However, the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. They were super hard and lumpy. The bathroom tiles on the walls need more attention to remove the mildew. Other than that, you can have a quiet night’s sleep.

We have visited this Casino three times in the last year or so. It takes us 6 hours + to drive there but it is well worth it. All the staff , from the Janitors to the Managers are extremely friendly and want to make your stay enjoyable. Hats off to the Valet guys and gals as well as the Bell staff. Couldn't be nicer. Food is plenty and I must say that Ramsey's Restaurant has the best fish and chips I have ever had. Look forward to going back after the New Year in 2027.

Unfortunately I am not a gambler but was in town for a nearby golf event and the Hotel and amenities were simply wonderful. Stayed in a newly renovated tower room, which was tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable… All the hotel staff encountered were very helpful and professional in their approach. Would definitely recommend to my gambling friends and others…

We stayed in the newer valley tower. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The view was great. The staff was very professional and friendly. I do appreciate the front desk asking floor preference. The slots play pretty well. We had a good time at the property.
