This cabin is in an ideal spot to unwind, reconnect with nature, and escape the noise of everyday life. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and thoughfully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We loved sitting on the front porch bed swing listening to the sounds of the creek. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. An overall awesome experience.

We loved this property! The house is beautiful and cozy. Our Pup enjoyed all of the sticks in the yard! We loved sitting outside and listening to the sound of the creek. We hope to come back again one day!!!!

Amazing Vacation

Great place to get away from the rest of the world and enjoy nature at its best. The creek is the main feature as it runs through the entire property. It makes for great sleep if you open the bedroom door or decide to take a nap outback on the swing bed. All in all, perfect spot, perfect vacation.

Lovely Stay in Murphy

I have been going to that area for about 12 years and this stay was remarkable. Centrally located, beautiful decor, supplies and such a nice space to relax. Amenities were on point and I plan to book again next Fall. Highly recommend!

Perfect long weekend

I think I spent 8+ hours a day in the swing bed on the back porch reading and listening to the creek run by. The pups loved splashing in the creek and the fully fenced front yard allowed them space to dry off before coming back inside. Super close to several cute towns with good restaurants. Would love to stay here again.

Perfect spot!

My husband and I stayed with our two dogs and the set up of the house/yard was perfect to accommodate all of us! The kitchen, bedroom, and bathrooms were well equipped. Waking up to crisp mornings and sounds of the nearby creek made it relaxing and enjoyable.

A magical place

The place was a very magical place, a little piece of heaven in the mountains of Murphy NC we really enjoyed the glider that’s in the gazebo and the front porch swing was wonderful. Our fur babies really enjoyed the backyard that was fenced in and we had breakfast every morning on the patio. We will definitely be looking at this place next year for a week stay

Loved my stay here - an adorable, private oasis in the mountains. Fenced in yard and dog toys were greatly enjoyed by my golden retriever, Henry. Will definitely be back to enjoy the sounds of the creek — hopefully, during cooler weather!

Bubbling Brook

Such a beautiful place. Very clean and very cozy. My favorite spot in this beautiful property was the back porch swing. Cozying up with a fluffy blanket, a cup of coffee and the sound of the bubbling brook gave me the best nap I think I’ve had in my life! So peaceful. Amazing stay and perfect for my birthday get away!!

Home was beautiful and well stocked. The bed swing on the back porch and the running creek were wonderful! House does sit right next to the gravel road. More cars than expected in the mornings and afternoons, but just neighbors. Would definitely stay there again!

Family time

We were all so thrilled with the farmhouse and how prepped the home was for our visit. So many unexpected extras that we didn’t have to worry with like split wood, coffee, tea, lotion, and a well-stocked kitchen for compiling our meals. Everything worked! The experience was exactly like we had hoped it would be. Thank you making it a great vacation!

Awesome vacation!

What a great vacation! This house is absolutely perfect! The house is beautifully decorated and the stream out back is so peaceful to sit and listen to (we even enjoyed sitting in it)... our golden retriever loved the fenced in yard and playing in the stream! We ventured a few miles away to Lake Hiwassee and rented a pontoon boat to enjoy the lake, we enjoyed the scenic ride! Everything was perfect from the time we walked in until the time we left! House was stocked with everything we needed!

Slice of Paradise

This trip was a healing retreat for me and Mom, as well as a birthday present for Mom. We both enjoyed the luxuriousness of our stay spending quite a bit of time hanging out on the bed swing, hammock, and gazebo listening to the creek, watching the trees breathe, and taking mini hikes up the steep road leading to the house. We loved cooking in the kitchen appreciating all of the amenities, especially the spice rack. The only hiccup was when the power went out in the area, fortunately, we had family 10 miles away to visit, and the power returned by the time we got back that evening. I hope we can visit again because 3 Dog Creekside Cottage is a magical place.

4 night getaway

Cozy, quaint, well supplied, clean, quiet, pet friendly, comfortable. The only problem was our own, Brian didn't pay attention to the bedrooms being upstairs. He just had 2 knee replacements and he is 77. I was fine with them. Bedrooms were just right and it was nice at night listening to the water from the brooke.

Tranquil Creekside Oasis

Our stay was so wonderful that we ended up reaching out to the owner to see if we could add an additional night, and the owner was so accommodating (and fast!) in granting our request! This peaceful cottage has been meticulously updated and maintained. It has a cozy yet efficient floorplan with all modernized amenities and is BY FAR the best stocked rental we've ever been in! The property had anything we could have needed including shampoo/conditioner/soap, all kitchen utensils, fireside necessities including marshmallow roasting sticks, and more! The idyllic setting offered privacy and relaxation with the gorgeous running creek, mature trees, flowering gardens, and a plethora of outdoor areas to enjoy nature...we couldn't pick a favorite, although the waterside swing in the gazebo and bed swing on the front porch got a lot of use from us! Everything from the setting to the furniture offered relaxation and comfort. We highly recommend this stay for anyone: our 16 month old and dog even loved it!

Wonderfully Quiet Summer Getaway

After a very hectic year at work and school, this was the perfect place for my husband, teen son and two fur babies to unwind and spend a little quiet time together. One word I would use to describe the back yard is 'magical'. Loved sitting on the back porch swing in the evening, enjoying a cocktail, listening to the birds and waiting for the fireflies to emerge. The cabin was well-stocked and everything was easy to find (loved the spice rack). My only recommendations would be perhaps a softer mattress in the main bedroom (my son slept like a log in his room) and maybe a grill upgrade. We loved the nightly visits from the deer in the field you could see from the huge picture window in the living room and our pups appreciated the fenced outdoor area. We would definitely stay again.

Peaceful getaway

This property is the perfect mountain getaway. Extremely peaceful & private. You can't go wrong with a babbling brook, front porch swing & gated yard for the pups! The interior is perfectly appointed & if you love to cook, you'll love the kitchen. The hosts are exceptional & go out of their way to make your stay the absolute best it can be. Our dogs LOVE it here. There's nothing better than knowing the dogs are relaxed too. There's a friendly deer that visits every morning & evening. The dogs & deer became good friends! It's only a few minutes drive to Murphy. You've got to visit. Great people, restaurants & vibe. It's our second stay here & it feels like home... We'll be returning soon...
