"Everything was wonderful except for the tenant upstairs. He seemed to be renting and working locally as opposed to being on vacation. He woke at 5:00 every morning, was not quiet until he left for work at 6:00. This was every morning. Friday night he played loud music and tapped along on the floor til 2:00 in the morning. This was very frustrating and almost affected the whole trip. Without him, everything was perfect."

"We were very comfortable. If you have stayed at Oceanside Village before, you know how great it is for a family. There is so many activities that you don't need to leave the property. The golf cart included is THE BEST! Second to that, I can't vacation with out my dog. So that was the best for me. The unit has everything you could need. Also, if you're aquainted with Oceanside Village, you'll know the properties are older. So there are little things that may not be accommodating for just anyone. If a towel hook not being secured in the drywall will send you crashing out because you've paid nearly 3k for a week, then don't stay. If you can look beyond then this place is perfect."
