Closet full of toys, boogy boards etc. Only complaint, which did impact enjoyment of the trip, is the beds in the second and third bedroom were terrible. Felt like we were sleeping in a hammock. Would be 5 star highly recommended stay with better beds.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my third time renting Atalaya 106 and I am sorry to say it was far from perfect. I will start off saying don't expect me to call maintenance with most issues because I am on vacation and will not set and wait wasting a day. 1st we found only 1 tv would change channels we figured that out on the 3rd day next thing we found mold on the inside of the master room shower curtain. The handle to the balcony was very lose an came off my husband tightened it up. The same handle was like this last year. The room with 2 beds had a lamp that you either unplug or unscrew the light bulb. The floors need a deep cleaning, after 1 day our feet was black from walking on them. When you pay over $1500.00 for a week you expect everything to be perfect

Short walk to the beach and a great family atmosphere. I’ll definitely book again in the future. Elevator was being repaired but really didn’t bother us with only one flight of stairs.

I love Atalaya Towers and have been staying here since I was 14. This is one of my favorite places. Only thing I would recommend is some cabinets in kitchen where you can put food and not all dishes. Three sets of plates is a bit much when you have no where to store food but on the counters.

It was completely furnished including all kitchen appliances as well as glasses, dishes, serving utensils, kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. It also had many extras such as games and videos for kids, fully stocked spices in the cupboard, and plenty of towels and extra blankets. We were very impressed with this unit and would highly recommend it.

When we first arrived everything was nice and clean. The property had everything we needed plus some things we didn’t even think about like beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. It was easy to get down to the beach and a short walk to the pier. Everyone we met was amazing and the experience was great. This will definitely be a place we return to!

The room was big enough as far as square footage but not set up for 2 sets of spouses. One room had a king which was perfect, the second room had a full which was not ideal for comfort and then the 3rd room had 2 full which was perfect for our kids. The indoor pool was outdated and the hot tub was tiny. No staff anywhere on site other than maintenance. Our room was beautiful, the kitchen was new and the owners left tons of stuff for our kids to do. Overall had a great time. I think Atalaya Towers was once a very nice place but it definitely could use some TLC

There was dust everywhere, food under the beds and on the floors, mirrors were all smeared... the cleaning crew definitely just straightened up and walked out without actually cleaning.

Reviewer Comments: Pros: The condo was clean upon arrival and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The ocean view was spectacular and there was a lifeguard on dury. There were two pools for the kids. The pool/restroom area was clean. Cons: Parking is atrocious. Wifi was non-existent. Small hot tub. Condo could use a couple more large pots and better organization w/them (there was very little space for storage). Overall, it was a nice little condo but the cons would likelyprevent a return from us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and love the view from the first floor. However, the large sofa was impossible to sit on, as it sinks quite low. The small sofa also sank when sitting on,it, but we put the pillows on top and managed. The stove is old. The shower liners were well used/old so, I bought a shower liner for the master bath . Rate it 5 for the view; 3for condition, 5 for location; 3 for clean ; 5 for management. A 10 for Ricky, from Garden City Realty, who came to help with the TV in the LR. Atalaya is great for convenience to the beach and the staff always congenial.

The appliances are slowly falling apart from what I witnessed. The place was ok cleaned I always bring my own items to clean before we get settled and before we leave. Place could use more bowls. Would not stay here again.
