  • Enjoy this fully renovated 4BD/2BA Surfside Beach Cottage in Oceanside Village. Featuring modern upgrades, a bright open layout, and a covered deck, it’s ideal for families, golfers, and beach lovers. Located across from the outdoor pool with a GOLF CART INCLUDED for easy rides to private Surfside Beach parking, restrooms, showers, and beachfront dining. Access pools, lakes, and sports courts in this gated community near Myrtle Beach.
    You can also rent an additional Golf cart on-site if needed.

    Oceanside Village is a 180-acre beachside gated community, with 24-hour security. Amenities including heated indoor pool, tennis courts, bocce ball, softball field, basketball court, horseshoe pits, volleyball, children’s playground, outdoor pools, children’s water park and hot tub. There are also Six small lakes, two have freshwater fishing. For a fee, the fitness center is available.
    Beach has private front parking and is available for Oceanside Village only. So much to do located just across from the community’s entrance is Tupelo Bay, an executive 18-hole par 3 golf course. Along with Tupelo Bay is a driving range, miniature golf, and ice cream parlor.  Whether you go north towards Myrtle Beach or south towards Georgetown/Murrells Inlet, enjoy live shows, nightclubs, amusement parks, arcades, water parks, and shopping. As well as state parks, fine dining, championship golfing and historical sites. Or just stay close by and enjoy the quaint beach towns of Surfside and Garden City - Myrtle Beach airport is just a short 15 minutes away!

Gather all bedding & towels in hall bathroom.
Set air conditioning to 74 degrees and leave on all ceiling fans. Please turn off lights
Clean up area, run and put away dishes from dishwasher to proper location, Take out trash on Friday evening and Sunday evening
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Appliances or AC Issues: Call us right away so we can address repairs as quickly as possible.
Fireworks Fireworks of any kind are prohibited on the property. Place the trash can at the curb Sunday evening.
Charge the golf cart every night. Flip the front seat up and check that the switch is on. This is a double lock feature

Lovely house! Beautifully decorated and meticulously clean. Location was perfect, and the golf cart was a nice bonus. Beach access was just a few minutes away. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
