This upstairs vacation rental unit is 2nd row Garden City 80 feet to wooden dune walk-over to beach, with easy, quick access to the beach feet to boardwalk. WITH NEW REMODLED KITCHEN QUARTZ COUNTERS AND NEW REFRIGERATOR AND CABINETS ALSO REMODLED WALKIN SHOWERs IN BOTH BATHS. It is located about a mile south of the Garden City pier and has excellent views of both the ocean and the marsh of Murrell's Inlet. ABEACHINHOUSE Up has 2 bedrooms, both with queen-size beds and a pull-out sofa that will accommodate 2 additional people. 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, large spacious NO TOWELS or SHEETS PROVIDED. NEW FURNATURE IN DINNING ROOM,
FAMILY ROOM AND FRONT FAMILY ROOM. NEW SLEEPER, SOFA, TABLES, LAMPS, RUGS AND MORE.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is a short walk to the beach access. The den furniture was comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The space was remodeled and decorated nicely. We slept well here and enjoyed sitting on the deck. Scott was very quick in replying to our communications. We would love to come back next year!

Garden city gem

Had a great time staying here! The location is perfect, public beach access is right across the road which made it super easy to access the beach. Rented a golf cart which provided access to everything we needed with just a short ride. The house was in great condition and we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend

Wonderful location

We are 2 senior citizens traveling with a small pet. This location was 2nd row with the beach access right across the street. Just a short drive to Huntington Beach State park, grocery stores, Hudson Flea Market. It was an upper level, but the steps were good and we managed them good. We could see the ocean from one of the living areas. The beach was not crowded and our year old dog had a wonderful time.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay. The pictures accurately depict what you find when you walk in the door. This is nothing fancy but everything was clean and in good working order. The kitchen is well stocked for whatever you decide to do. The pier and shops are walkable and the beach access is directly across the road. The internet connection is fast and can support multiple devices. Overall, a very nice stay and a property I would not hesitate to book again.

Space was great comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. Kroger food store quick car ride to get anything we needed. Public Beach access directly across the street/ enjoyed walking on the beach everyday.

Family Beach House Feel

We were very surprised at how quaint this property was. The location is great, the beach access is convenient, and the space is cozy. The host is so nice and handled any questions we had in a professional, friendly manner. We were pleased with our stay and we will definitely book again. This is a perfect place for people who want the feel of a beach house that isn’t commercial. It doesn’t have high-end amenities, but it does have charm. It’s hidden gem among the modern, pricey, new homes.

An affordable 2-bedroom, upper unit with original hardwood floors and a location that can’t be beat. Perfect for smaller group. Short walk across the street and you’re on the beach. Worked great for us.

Great vacation

Communication was fast and friendly. The house was awesome! The house was just as described. The homes decor was beautiful and felt like home. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beach access was right across the road. We would definitely stay in this home again. The only negative I could give is the shrub next to the road needs trimmed because it is hard to see traffic. But that might not even be anything the homeowner can control. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your home!
