New in 2023 - bathroom remodel with ceramic tile shower! One bedroom with Queen bed, sleeper sofa bed, one bath, 2 ceiling fans, and a balcony with comfortable chairs and table for outdoor relaxing and dining. Stay connected with complimentary WIFI. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

    Garden City Guest House is located 0.1 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three story complex is located one block from the beach. You will enjoy the convenience of being centrally located and just steps away to several activities and eateries without having to get in the car and drive. Take a short walk over to Atlantic Avenue and you will find world-famous Sam's Corner for a hot dog, a two-story arcade, ice cream shop, Causeway pizzeria, shops, and much more! Just across the marsh is Sara J's Seafood Restaurant that offers great food and amazing views. For your convenience, Guest House has an elevator. From Easter to November 1, go for a swim in the outdoor pool or relax in the outdoor hot tub. Grab your beach chairs and go for a short walk to the beach and take in the sights and sounds of the ocean and the pier. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, trailers, and pets are not permitted.
