Myrtle Beach Bike Week
This is my 2nd time staying at this property and both times have been magnificent. I absolutely look forward to staying here every time I visit Myrtle Beach and I definitely recommended it to my friends and family as well.

Wished it was warmer - Winter visit
It is a bit small for 6 people to be inside to eat/relax. In warmer weather there is lots of space on the porch & outside. Very beachy feel. It was our timing & winter storms (flooding) that hindered our experience - not the property. Would be a different experience in summer. Samantha was very responsive to questions/issues. Thanks!

Great stay
Great vacation. Owners very responsive. We had no issues. It’s not a full kitchen which wasn’t an issue for our group since we had a total of 4 properties and usually ate dinner together at the larger one. Will def be back to the Myrtle Beach area.

Family vacation
We have rented from Vrbo for about 6 yrs and I must say this has been great. At first I was unsure when I real there was no stove, but there are many other things to use in place and it did not mess things up. The gated community was nice with use to the pools and hot tub. The go cart was a nice way to get to the private entrance of the ocean. Which the private entrance was nice, we didn’t have to worry about a place to park. The owner is very quick to get in touch if we had any questions or issues. We will definitely look for this place when we come back!

Cute Apartment
This was the first time we had stayed here. The apartment is clean and the decor is everything beach! They provide bedsheets and towels. There are totes in the storage areas with extras if you need them!! Be sure to read the description. This unit has no stove but there is a toaster oven, microwave and flat top grill. It rained the entire time we were there so the flat top was not an option for us. The 2 master bedrooms are huge, the bathrooms are small. The living room is also small. We were a family of 3 so it was great for us but a rainy day with 8 in the apartment could be a challenge. The owner was absolutely GREAT to work with. She was very responsive to our questions and the 1 concern we had during our stay. We would absolutely rent this unit again.

attention needed
This place was cute and initially was fine but then it didn't take long to realize there was a foul smell like sewer coming from bedroom that has the wash/dryer off of it. Obvious there had been a previous problem that still needed attention. It was still okay for a short stay but feel like I paid too much. I rented it specifically for the 3 bedrooms and was unable use that one.

Hey Lori, This is the first hearing about this issue. Anytime you rent, please let the owners of the property know if there are issues as they could be addressed immediately. When you don't, then you do feel like you've overpaid. Owners such as myself want to make sure all guests are happy with their stay and become repeat customers.

Overall a nice place
It was a really nice place. Plenty of parking. Property manager kept me informed threw text about the hurricane and power outage going on during on our stay. My only complaint is that the heat/air controls had a lock box so there was no adjustment allowed

Our friend got married on the beach and it was a girl’s trip, 5 of us. It was great to have 3 bathrooms with 2 in the rooms with showers. The bedrooms were roomy and we loved the side porch. It was really great to have the purple gulf cart to use and the owners communicated very well and responded to questions quickly.

Quiet little haven
This was a cute little place. It was comfortable for our parents and they were able to relax without the kiddos driving them crazy. The golf cart was great. The owners were helpful. It was a great experience. Note that there isn’t a huge kitchen but it wasn’t an inconvenience. There is a blackstone outside and there are some small appliances inside. It worked out nicely.

Great Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and the house was very nice and had everything we needed for a week stay. The golf cart was also nice to have for trips to the beach and around the property. We definitely would stay again and probably will plan another trip next year!

Family Vacation
The property was all we needed. The two Master BR's are large with full baths, there is also a half bath off of the Livingroom. The third bedroom was a little crowded, but it has two queen beds in it and half as big as the other two. The kitchen area is super small, but plenty of cabinets to put food in. There is no stove or oven. I brought a card table and four chairs for extra eating space and since we had 7-8 people at all times. The dining area is super small with only a small cafe size table. We didn't have any TV for two days, not the owner's fault (someone stole a connection from the outside of the home). The home owner was easy to contact and was very active in getting the Spectrum people out to fix the problem). The outside area was unkept with leaves and debris which probably wouldn't bother most people...I am just a very clean particular person. The inside was pretty clean, but the silverware drawer was pretty bad. I had to throw out the silverware tray wash all the silverware and some of the other items in the drawer and purchased another to replace it. One of the shower curtains was torn in a couple of places, so I also replaced the plastic shower curtain. PRO's...Close to the beach access, plenty of parking, the Golf Cart was great and having a washer & dryer and a screened porch was wonderful! I would recommend this property and will likely stay again! Thank you Dawn and Samantha for being great hosts!!!

First time VRBO experience
Honestly initially I didn’t know if it was a safe and secure idea to rent an unknown residential booking vs an actual fully facilitated hotel system. However upon arrival I was blown away with the awesome accommodations that made us feel right at home, everything exceeded our expectations from the price, the central location to all activities and facilities, the attention to detail inside and out and the overall proficiency of the process from start to finish.. I was so blown away on how great of an experience VRBO and the property owners provided us with care that all we had to do is arrive and enjoy.. Too easy 😬 thanks again

Good for a weekend getaway
There was 5 of us for a bachelorette weekend. Plenty of room in master bedrooms. Location was great. Down side was there was no stove but we didn’t need one. The water in both showers wouldn’t get hot. Also there was a bad smell. The indoor pool was closed. There was no TP so we had to go back out and get some. All in all, it is a cute little place.

Hi Julie, I wish you would have made me aware of the shower water temperature and "smell" as my plumber is on-site and could've quickly remedied any issues. We did text a few times during your stay and none of this was mentioned. In the future, if you let the owners know, we all would accommodate to make your stay even more amazing.

Beautiful Vacation Rental
As I have never used Vrbo before I will for now on. We were able to find a vacation property for our family of 6 and great rate. The owners of the property were super nice. They explained everything we needed to know before getting to the vacation home. Example, allowing us to use their personal golf cart.

Owners very friendly and helpful was very disappointed in the kitchen area one person only a fry pan a toaster oven and microwave expected a washer and dryer as that is what I asked her about before renting, never told me until a few days before leaving it was not hooked up. Did say we could use upstairs washer/dryer but did not work out was not going to go up at midnight while someone was sleeping. we survived. Loved the location I would rent the upstairs if available was much nicer.

The inside of the property is inviting and fun. The location is perfect- very close to the beach to walk or ride. Extra bonus that the golf cart, linens and towels were included. Loved having the keyless entry- one less worry of losing a key. Highly recommend staying here and communication with the owner was wonderful- very quick to respond 🏝

Great place for a weekend at the beach. Very cute and comfortable.
