This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo in Garden City Beach offers a tranquil retreat with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Whether you're looking to relax on the private balcony and soak in the breeze, or enjoy the beach just steps from your door, this condo is the ideal spot to unwind. The spacious and thoughtfully designed interior features a modern kitchen, complete with sleek countertops and updated appliances, perfect for preparing meals after a day in the sun. The open-concept living area is flooded with natural light and offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and panoramic ocean views. Enjoy the complex's sparkling pool, where you can cool off after a day of exploring the area. Whether you're lounging by the pool, walking along the beach, or enjoying the nearby attractions of Garden City Beach, this condo offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.

Mariner's Watch is located 1 mile north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers first floor units with direct access to the pool area right from the balcony. There is no elevator at Mariner's Watch. Pool furniture is not provided, so be sure to bring or rent beach chairs to lounge by the pool, which is open Easter to November 1. Grab your beach chairs and head down to the sand and sea which is only a few steps away. Enjoy barbecuing at the community charcoal grill or take a short drive and dine out. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles and trailers are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, boats, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
